2. Scope, requests, and approvals

Project outcomes (including design proposals, revisions, and final deliverables) depend on the scope agreed between you and the provider, the materials and information you supply, and approvals from you or your authorized representative.

Any timeline targets described on the website or in communications are estimates and may change depending on scope, complexity, third-party dependencies, and timely approvals by you. The provider may adjust delivery dates to reflect approved changes or delays caused by circumstances outside the provider’s reasonable control.

3. Service fees, payment, and distance arrangements

Prices and payment terms (including any advance payments, milestones, and additional charges for out-of-scope work) are defined in the applicable order/offer or written agreement. 4. Limitations of liability
